Bearing construction is a prefabricated construction of reinforced concrete made from binding bars and piles and secondary binding bars and slabs. All elements of the roofing have been prefabricated.

Facade: three-layered panels of reinforced concrete with 7 cm thick thermal insulation, total thickness of 25 cm, vertical layout. Final treatment of the outside of the panel is in two colors, performed with stone aggregate of natural color: giallo oro, rosso verona.
