The General Assembly consists of shareholders who, personally or by the agency of their attorneys, exercise their rights through the Assembly.
The Supervisory Board has seven members, 6 elected and one elected by the Works Council.
The Board of Directors has three members: Chairman of the Board, Deputy Chairman of the Board and a member of the Board.
