TBP POJATNO
Viadukt d.d. has a specialized plant for the industrial production of prestressed concrete, reinforced concrete and concrete products. That includes appropriate construction elements for bridges, marinas, halls, collectors, flats and other products of reinforced and prestressed concrete for various applications. The plant is located in Pojatno, near Zagreb, on 135 000 square meters and has a production hall with an area of 14 000 square meters. The plant is excellently connected because it is located right next to the Zagreb-Krapina highway and Zagreb-Varaždin railroad and has a special railway enabling it fast and economic delivery and shipping of material and concrete end products.
Main and integral production units within the Plant are:
- Concrete plant with a capacity of 160m3/hour with electronic control;
- Four 130-meter prestressing tracks (two 2.1m wide, one 1.3m and one 0.6 m wide track). Total prestressing force per holdfast is 900 tons, that is, 490 tons.
- Boiler rooms for the production of industrial water and steam with the capacity of 14 400 kg/h, total thermal effect of 7,6 MW bar;
- Compressor station with the capacity of 2x20 m3/min, 7 bar;
- Iron working plant for own use and other clients, capacity 20t/day;
- Wood working shop and machine room for the production of wooden and steel sheets and forms and other products;
- 2630kVA and 20/0.4 kV power transformer stations.
